The Cosmic Forecast is not an astrology column — it's my diary.

The Cosmic Forecast is not an astrology column — it's my diary.

I want to tell you about the way I use the moon. Not because I think everyone should. But because it changed how I make decisions, how I plan, and how I rest.

The Cosmic Forecast is a weekly practice I share on Substack. It combines the moon phase, an energy theme, a stone of the week, and a somatic practice. The full version — with the complete ritual and personal note — goes to Plus subscribers. A summary version appears on the website.

I started writing it for myself. A way to structure the week around something other than a to-do list. The moon doesn't care about your deadlines. It operates on its own rhythm. And there's something profoundly settling about aligning your inner work with a cycle that's been running for four and a half billion years.

You don't need to believe in astrology to use this. You just need to be willing to pause once a week and ask: what is this week asking of me?

That question alone will change more than you expect.
