The Returning Circle.
A room. People who are honest. Connection that regulates the nervous system.
Donation only weekly circles: Every Tuesday 2-3pm Anna holds a circle open to all. In person at the Hare & The Moon and on Wednesdays at Awaken London, Blythe Road, Kensington Olympia for those who can travel. Live on Zoom for everyone else. Please click here to book online to donate for the link.
What it is: a room. People who are honest. No advice. No fixing. No cross-talk. Just being in the presence of other humans who are willing to explore their inner world for more peace, calm & clarity and navigate what is actually going on with their nervous system today
What it is not: therapy, a support group, a workshop, or anything with a curriculum. There is no programme. There is no progression. You come when you need to. You stop when you are done. Each session is is for nervous system regulation.

Questions
Frequently Asked
Do I need to be a member of the Reset Room to come?
No. The Returning Circle is open to anyone — donation-based, drop in when you can.
What do I pay?
Whatever feels right. There is a suggested £10 per session, but pay nothing if money is tight, or more if you want to help cover someone else.
Can I just watch and not speak?
Yes. Many people do exactly that for the first few circles. Speaking is never required.
Is the circle recorded?
Live attendees only — recordings are not made available publicly out of respect for the privacy of the room. The Reset Room vault holds curated practice content instead.
How do I find the houseboat if I am coming in person?
Full directions go out with your RSVP confirmation. Taggs Island is a 5-minute walk from Hampton train station.
