1:1 sessions with Anna

Private one to one sessions with Anna, in person at The Hare and the Moon, Twickenham Green, or online.

For when life works on paper and does not feel right from the inside. You have already tried to think your way out of it. This is where the body joins in.

Fourteen sessions to choose from

From a gentle settle for tight shoulders and a head that will not switch off, to sessions for the aftermath of emotional abuse, to Second Life for after a divorce or a long relationship ends. The Deep Return is the fullest session, 90 minutes.

Every session starts with what is going on for you that day.

When

In person on Tuesdays, 10am to 1.30pm. Online on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 2 to 4pm.

Prices

60 minutes £125. 90 minutes £180. You choose a time and pay when you book.
