–   Be Proactive In Breaking The Trauma Bond to set yourself up for success. 

–   Tell friends and family to stop sharing information with you (albeit good intentions)

–   Time limits on how long you can talk to them about the narcissist

–   Inform them that you are healing and need their support

– Go no contact or if you have children go extreme modified contact 

– Set up an email purely for the narcissist 

– Choose times you check your messages – 2 times max a day when you feel stronger

– Get yourself a old skool brick phone for communication ( use a separate phone)

– Use Our Family Wizard for communication so all is logged.

– Educate yourself. You will know when is best to leave

– Don’t engrave in any conversation with your ex. Be boring and emotions in check. 

– Don’t share any personal details  

– Set boundaries and stick to them

– Keep focused on goals and objectives. 

– 30 days you will break the trauma bond and can then focus on your healing
