About Anna Lou
Anna Lou is a multifaceted entrepreneur, designer, and wellness advocate based in London, England. She is the founder and creative director of Anna Lou of London jewellery brand known for vibrant, personalised designs that empower individuals to express their unique style. For over two decades, Anna has created jewellery celebrated for its playful use of colour and gemstones, with each piece crafted as a cherished keepsake.
To uphold quality and ethical production, Anna moved all manufacturing to the UK. This decision supports the local economy and allows her to focus on sustainable, made-to-order jewellery from her Anna Lou Design Lab on Taggs Island, reinforcing her commitment to ethical practices. Her designs have been featured in iconic stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty, and Harvey Nichols in the UK, and international outlets like Isetan and Hankyu in Tokyo, and Henri Bendel in New York, establishing Anna Lou of London as a trusted global brand.
In addition to her work in jewellery, Anna is the founder of Anna Lou Wellness and The Sparkle Club. Anna Lou Wellness grew from her personal journey of overcoming significant challenges, including narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and depression while balancing parenthood and business. Through her experiences, Anna became a somatic trauma-informed coach, offering support to those recovering from similar traumas. She provides one-on-one and group workshops that focus on holistic healing for mind, body, and spirit, helping clients regain control and live empowered lives.
The Anna Lou Wellness ‘Sparkle Club’ is Anna’s unique extension into wellness, designed to help entrepreneurs maintain their resilience and inner “sparkle” in the face of challenges. With immersive workshops incorporating crystal healing, breathwork, jewellery-making, and restorative practices, the Sparkle Club offers a nurturing space for personal growth and healing. Anna’s combination of lived experience and professional training makes her uniquely equipped to support others on their journey, blending entrepreneurship with well-being in a way that few others can.
Driven by a desire to expand support for those impacted by narcissistic abuse, Anna is creating a charity called Narc Abuse Aid. This charity will focus on providing resources, support, and community for victims of narcissistic abuse, offering them a path to healing and empowerment through dedicated services and compassionate care.
Beyond these roles, Anna is a podcaster, author, and the creative force behind the animated children’s show “Kirra Kirra,” (meaning Sparkle Sparkle in Japanese!) which promotes mental health, resilience, and empathy for young viewers. Across all her ventures, Anna inspires others to embrace their unique identities, heal from past traumas, and pursue lives filled with purpose and creativity. Her dedication to ethical practices, wellness, and community impact speaks to her passion for making a positive difference in the world.
