- Weekly Private Coaching: Covers business strategy, core skills for growth, offering support across planning, production , the numbers, marketing and social media, and all small business needs. We will cover creative wellbeing rituals if needed, the course sessions are tailored to your business, integrating advanced strategies and techniques in positive psychology and resilience.
- Trauma-Informed Coaching with IFS Techniques: Drawing from practices such as IFS, we work to unlock emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and patterns developed through past experiences
- Crystal Healing & Breathwork Techniques: To bring clarity, focus, and relaxation, supporting grounded decision-making. resilience, co-dependency / limiting beliefs and personal healing.
- Self-Reflection & Journaling Techniques: Creative journaling prompts and exercises encourage self-reflection, self-discovery, clarity and exploration of emotions and aspirations. Plus positive psychology techniques will be integrated
- Jewellery Design Session: A session for feedback or assistance in the feasibilty of designs youve created and production advice
