The Sparkle Mastery Program is a six-week journey designed for individuals seeking to unlock their creativity and personal growth. This program integrates trauma-informed approaches, focusing on emotional regulation and self-expression.

What’s Included:

1.  Weekly 1-Hour Private Coaching Sessions: We will focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and crystal healing practices to support personal clarity and emotional growth.
2.  Nervous System Regulation Techniques: Learn tools to manage stress and understand trauma patterns for building resilience
3. IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Brainspotting , Flash EMDR integration: Explore various parts of the self to achieve emotional balance and insight.
4. Chakra Balancing & Energy Exploration: Teams engage in energy management techniques and chakra balancing exercises to promote awareness and improve group dynamics.
5. Intention-Setting & Personal Card Reading: Teams set collective intentions and receive tarot/angel cards, aligning their goals and enhancing team unity.
6. Self-Reflection & Journaling Techniques: Creative journaling prompts and exercises encourage self-reflection, self-discovery, clarity and exploration of emotions and aspirations. Plus positive psychology techniques will be integrated
7.  Custom Jewellery Design Session: An optional session for designing a custom jewellery piece that symbolises personal transformation.
8.  Receive a custom affirmation word necklace valued at £95
