I’m Anna Lou.

For over twenty years I built a global jewellery brand, Anna Lou of London, growing it from a market stall into an international business.

But alongside entrepreneurship I also navigated life’s harder chapters:

burnout, divorce, legal battles, domestic abuse, coercive control, rebuilding life as a single mother of 3.

Through these experiences I discovered something most leadership advice ignores:

When the nervous system is overwhelmed, strategy stops working.

Clarity disappears. Creativity shuts down. Decision-making becomes reactive.

I began exploring practices that helped me reconnect with my body, regulate stress and return to aligned leadership.

From this journey the GEM Method was born.
