These exclusive days are held on a private island on my houseboat on the Thames and are fully anchored in my signature framework for healing and regulating the nervous system.

Arrival and Morning
Doors open at 9:00am. From 9:00 to 9:50am you are warmly invited to arrive early, enjoy the peace of the river and settle into the space before the day begins. This is entirely optional.
Chai and ceremonial cacao are served as a heart opener to start your day with intention. If you would like to take part in the cacao opening, please arrive early.
