11:00am – Subconscious Freedom & Light Activation Session
Guided group visualization: meet and release recurring patterns and limiting loops (e.g., “I’m not enough,” “I must push”), hand them to the light/cacao for transmutation, activate your inner light from the heart, and anchor empowering truths. Learn simple cues to notice old patterns arising and instantly return to your light.
11:45am – Restorative Yoga with Heart & Light Focus
Gentle supported poses with hands on heart and soft breath to deepen your inner light connection and release remaining tension from old patterns.
